Close & Get Funded

Once approved, Arrowcrest coordinates directly with the title company or closing agent to provide the requested transactional support. Funds are disbursed in accordance with the approved transaction structure, and all fees are collected through the agreed-upon closing process or funding arrangement. Every transaction is handled professionally, transparently, and with clear documentation from start to finish.

Important: Arrowcrest funds business-purpose transactions only. All funding is subject to documentation review, title verification, and applicable laws. We do not fund owner-occupied properties or consumer-purpose mortgages.
